JURISDICTION RESTORED TO EXAMINING ATTORNEY
Status code: 794

In some cases, jurisdiction will be removed from the Examining Attorney. This may occur, for instance, when a lawsuit is filed against the applicant for trademark infringement while the application is in the examination process. While the suit is ongoing, the USPTO's jurisdiction is removed. Because the USPTO loses the authority to take action on the application, the application is placed on hold.

Status Code 794 is triggered once jurisdiction has been restored to the Examining Attorney. At this point, no further action is needed on your part.
