A party has opposed registration of your mark. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board ("TTAB") proceeding has been decided in favor of the opposer. Your mark will be abandoned in due course unless you file an appeal of the TTAB decision.
You can appeal the decision, but it must be done through a federal court filing. This is generally performed by an attorney who is familiar with both trademark law and federal court litigation.
