Trademark Application Registered, but Registration Withdrawn
U.S. Federal Trademark Application Registered; Registration Cancelled
INADVERTENTLY ISSUED REGISTRATION NUMBER CANCELLED; trademark; us federal trademark; us trademark; trademark cancelled; registration withdrawn; mistaken registration; uspto registration withdrawn
If you received this notice, your registration was inadvertently issued a registration number that was wrong. The registration number was cancelled. This does not mean your registration was cancelled. Look for further notifications from the USPTO.
The USPTO made an error in registration or registration number. Your application will be moved to the previous status in most cases, and you will receive notice of what to do next.
Refer to the notice you received from the USPTO for further information. You may be able to remedy the problem. If the registration was simply issued in error, then the withdrawal of the registration does not take anything away, but puts your application back at the same place it was before the mistaken registration number was issued.
