Trademarkery LLC ("We" or "Us"), the owner of the Trademark Bank software and website, www.trademarkbank.com, allows users ("You") to docket, manage, track, and organize information related to trademarks and service marks within the United States (the "Service").   • If you wish to use the Service, we require you to provide us with your name, email address.
  • We collect information which you enter directly into the Service, including your name, email address, telephone number, the trademarks which you are tracking using the service, your address, and the name of your company.
  • Should you choose to directly contact us, we will collect your name and any information you may provide us with.
  • If you pay for a subscription, we will require you to provide our third party payment processing service with your payment information. We will not collect this information, the third party payment processing service will collect this information.

Information We Collect Automatically.

We automatically collect analytic information related to how users use the Service on an aggregate and anonymous basis. We may use Google Analytics to collect this information. We also collect publically available information from the USPTO trademark database.

Information We Collect Passively.

  • We use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to do such things as track information about your use of the Service on an aggregate and anonymous basis so that we may recognize you and your device and improve the Service.
  • Cookies in General. The Services are for those over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. The Service and their respective features are not directed at children under the age of 13.
